This list of “gluten free” menu items, like many of your other restaurants has the potential to mislead and make people sick. Although the foods themselves may not contain any gluten ingredients, most of these restaurants including Buffalo Wild Wings clearly state that they use SHARED FRYERS!! Therefore, NONE of their wings or other fried menu items are gluten free. Beware people. Do not take the word of one website that appears credible when it comes to your health.

I completely agree with Jenn. Many foods like chicken- are gluten free…. But having Celiac Disease, the cross contamination of placing a chicken wing in the same fryer as a breaded chicken tender- will make people sick. This isn’t a lifestyle choice for us…Our bodies actually reject gluten.
