Swiss Chalet fries are not gluten free because they are done in the same fryer as products that contain gluten.

The fries are NOT gluten free!

Well, Swiss Chalet are your fries gluten-free or NOT!

Im a celiac Since birth and have Eaten Swiss chalet for almost 40 years. never had issue with Swiss chalet fries, nor their chicken or ribs. Also their fries aren’t fried. I believe they may be baked. In any event they are gluten free.

Call your local Swiss Chalet restaurant to ask if they have a dedicated fryer for french fries. The one down the street from me does. They just ask that you point out your gluten allergy before ordering so that they can be extra careful.
