What a tremendous selection of gluten free items on your menu. Just wish our town had a Panera Bread restaurant. Such healthy choices.

You are a bread Company. Please add a gluten-free bread to your menu. Anyone who eats gluten-free long’s for a sandwich versus being chained to salad’s and a few soup’s ALL the time. Even Chick-fil-A has a gluten-free bun. I eat at your restaurant multiple times a week because it is healthy, and it is greatly appreciated, but it would be much more appreciated for a gluten-free bread to be added.
ROBERTA
Would love to see the addition of gluten free bread to the menu!!!

I asked what they had that was gluten-free and was told they are a Panera Bread for a reason. Very rude. I was even told that the apples for the Fuji apple chicken salad had flour.
Mary Beth
Not a good place to eat as cross contamination. All foods prepared
On a small working area with lots of bread crumbs. You can watch them
Prep, got sick after eating a salad.

Such a big company who prides themselves on their bread, you would think you’d have one loaf of gluten-free bread. Sometimes you don’t want a salad or soup you just want a nice sandwich. You guys make a great sandwich’s and if it was in gluten free it would be perfect for me!!!
This is the second time I’ve left a
Suggestion to Panera bread. When are you gonna get on board there are a lot of gluten-free people out there.

You would think with such a big bread Company Panera bread would have one loaf of gluten-free bread. Sometimes you don’t want to salad or soup you just want a nice sandwich. It’s time to get on board with the gluten-free bread.

I agree with others that “Panera Bread” is way overdue
making a gluten-free bread!! There’s a huge part of the population that is gluten-free or trying to be. They would get more of my family’s business and our extended family and friends that have wheat allergies.

To some people, gluten free is a choice, however, when you are dealing with Celiac
Disease, there is NO CHOiCE. Any cross contamination can be deadly. Most restaurants are not able to have a separate “dedicated” kitchen for preparing gluten free items. Unfortunately, offering gluten free items is not the whole answer to saving celiac victims from very distressing symptoms; and malnutrition.

Please gluten free bread! Gluten sensitive customers would love a sandwich .

PANERA
Please make the salad dressings WITHOUT SOYBEAN OIL. I’m surprised Panera uses that cheap GMO oil in their food They use it in everything
