The grilled veggie salad is fantastic! They do have a quinoa salad too I think. But it’s only a summer deal 🙂

I was told recently (last November) that the hummus contains dairy. Perhaps double-check? Thank you for this great list!

California Kitchen’s own allergen information sheet (www.cpk.com/Contents/Downloads/Nutrition-Allergen.pdf – pages 16-22) says that to make their Roasted Veggie salad vegan friendly, you shouldn’t use the Dijon Balsamic dressing (page 21, right side, in the salad section it says “Roasted Veggie (no Dijon Balsamic)”). Your website lists that dressing as vegan. My guess (and it’s only a guess) is that the dressing contains honey, since honey is a common sweetener with Dijon mustard toppings.

In my previous post, “California Kitchen” should read “California Pizza Kitchen” (oops!).
Also, their hummus is listed in the same document as vegan. Page 21, left side, Appetizers section says “Tuscan Hummus (both pita options okay)”. This is in response to an earlier question by vegyogini.

The bread at my location has egg AND dairy, she just checked. I’m at Laguna Hills Mall in Orange County, CA.
