lol calm down. Tips for you.
      1) Don’t take your vegans to a restaurant names after seafood.
      2) Potatoes, vegetables, it’s a meal.
      3) Being a vegan you should know it’s pretty hard to eat out anyways.

Obviously a vegan wouldn’t chose to eat at Red Lobster unless it was the only place within a few dozen miles, but of course that usually isn’t the case. What IS usually the case, is that family or friends choose to eat there, because for some reason they enjoy overpriced, over salted and over buttered “food”.

My family frequently picks this place to celebrate birthdays or other special occasions, so it is at least nice to know going in what my options can be. I often feel the eye-rolls when asking so many questions of the servers, and half the time they don’t even know for certain what is vegan and what isn’t.

Just a suggestion, order the potato, both the broccoli and asparagus, and wild pilaf rice as your entrée. Have the garden salad on the side and as for the dressing of your choice. Make sure they give quite a bit cause you can pour some over your rice or potato along with salt and pepper for more flavor. It might not be the most ideal of meals. But it’ll work when in a bind. ?

I was looking and someone said that the wild rice pilaf has butter in it. Is it true?

Just an FYI, the rice pilaf contains animal lard. It is cooked in chicken broth so that the lard can add flavor. Great for non-vegans, but I would not classify that as vegan. All vegetables (except broccoli) and noodles are cooked in butter. They use butter to keep the noodles from sticking together.

Afaik, broccoli is the only vegan item on the menu. I had a double order on my last trip.
